Phillips Pet Food & Supplies is a national distributor of pet food and pet supplies to the pet specialty trade, with its corporate office in Easton, Pennsylvania. The business started in 1938 as a family-run firm and now operates 24 distribution centres across the United States, with regional offices including Lansing, Billings and West Sacramento.
Its customers include pet stores, aquatic shops, feed and farm stores, groomers, veterinarians and humane organisations. New customers register online, and existing accounts can order through the website, by email or fax, with scanners and barcode catalogues available to help with ordering. A field sales team advises on pricing, advertising and merchandising, and the company holds two buying shows a year with promotions and education sessions.
