Paw Pro Supply is a wholesale pet product distributor in Stoney Creek, Ontario, selling only to retailers and other businesses. It works with a selected group of brand partners, including The Gut, Ogopogo, Shay’s Way, Bullymake and Hooza, and states that it supplies more than 100 independent pet specialty stores.
Stores open an account through a new customer application, giving their HST or business number, and then order through the wholesale portal, by email or during a rep visit. There is no minimum order. Ontario orders go out on the company’s own scheduled routes, with free delivery above a set order value, and stores elsewhere in Canada are served by courier. Net 15 and Net 30 terms are offered to approved accounts after the first order.
