Natural Pet Distributors Ltd is a distributor based in Stoney Creek, Ontario, and appears among our suppliers in Canada. It was founded in August 2006 by Alexandra Wilcox and describes itself in its site title as “Your Thinking Persons Distributor”. The company says it focuses on quality products that are locally sourced and owned, environmentally friendly and socially responsible. It is listed under general pet wholesalers and distributors, pet food and treats and dog treats and chews.

Products and brands

Its home page highlights these lines:

• Mo’ Greens Super Greens, presented as the Mo Greens Superfood Topper
• Only One Pork Liver Jerky, 100g
• Benny Bully’s Beef Liver Plus Blueberry, 58g, and Beef Liver Plus Beef Hearts Cat Treats, 25g
• Augie Bones Regular Bone in Roasted Peanut Butter, labeled Mighty, 30 to 90 lbs

The company describes Mo Greens as a daily addition to any kibble or raw food. It says the topper is Canadian made and crafted with real superfoods, probiotics and protein, and it presents the product both for everyday meals and for cutting calories for weight management.

Brands it distributes

The brand strip on its home page lists around 60 suppliers, mostly natural foods, treats, chews, toys and litter. They include Applaws, Zignature, Nature’s Logic, Supreme Petfoods, Fussie Cat, Totally Raw, Only One Treats, Benny Bully’s, Augie Bones, Tall Tails, West Paw, Tuft + Paw, Dr. Marty, Badlands Ranch and Canadian lines such as Pawsitively Canadian and Fog Farms. If you want to bring several of these into a store, one distributor account covers them.

Trade accounts and ordering

New customers create an account through its login and register page. The company says all initial orders are processed on a cash on delivery basis, and that orders for new accounts will not ship until a payment method has been established.

To establish payment, it asks you to download and complete its Credit Application Form and Conditions of Sale, then email the forms back or contact its office to arrange your preferred payment method. Its site does not state a minimum order, delivery area or lead time on these pages.

How it works with customers

Natural Pet Distributors says each member of its team has a passion to meet and exceed the highest level of distribution service, and that customers can rely on it for quality products, reliable order processing and delivery. Its about page says it is committed to promoting a healthy partnership with customers, summed up as “Your success is Our success!”
