PIDA runs the Pet Industry Leadership Summit, open to manufacturers, distributors and retailers, with the 2027 summit set for 1 to 3 February in Fort Lauderdale. Its distributor members also created Pet Store Pro, a free staff training programme for independent pet retailers.
