UK distributor The PetFellas has signed an exclusive UK partnership with Cleverpup, a New York dog accessories brand. The announcement came on October 29, 2026, and the range is due in UK stores this fall.
What is in the range
Cleverpup was started by Ellen and Michael Diamant, who previously founded the baby products brand Skip Hop. The UK launch range is built around taking a dog out for the day: the Transit Tote dog carrier, the Walk & Train Sling (a hands-free bag with a treat pocket and poop bag dispenser), the Bistro Box food travel kit, Nomad collapsible silicone bowls and the Snackpack treat pouch. Most items come in more than one color, and some in two sizes.
The PetFellas says it previewed the range to retailers at PATS in September and is aiming it at independent shops ahead of the Christmas gifting season.
Why it matters to the trade
The PetFellas is the pet division of importer The FoodFellas, says it is “just getting started” and runs a deliberately short brand list for independent pet shops. Adding a US brand on an exclusive basis means UK retailers who want Cleverpup will be buying through one supplier.
