If you buy or sell pet products in Southeast Asia, Pet Fair South East Asia lets you meet suppliers and buyers face to face in Bangkok and set up meetings online before you travel. Visitor pre-registration is free, and an online matchmaking platform connects visitors with exhibitors ahead of the show. The organizers say the 2025 edition brought together 447 exhibitors from 37 countries and 11,169 visitors from 81 markets. It is a trade only show held each year in Bangkok, Thailand, run jointly by VNU Asia Pacific and GLOBUS Events. The sixth edition runs from October 27 to 29, 2027. Dates, venue and opening hours
The 2027 edition is set for October 27 to 29, 2027 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC). The organizer’s 2027 floor plan shows the same EH 98 and EH 100 halls used in 2026. The organizer has not published 2027 opening hours. For reference, the 2026 edition ran from October 28 to 30, 2026 in Hall 98 to 100, open 10.00 to 17.00 on Wednesday and Thursday and 10.00 to 16.00 on Friday.
Who exhibits and who visits
The show is trade only. The 2025 edition drew 447 exhibitors from 37 countries and 11,169 visitors from 81 markets, according to the organizers. If you source in Thailand, our Thailand suppliers hub lists businesses you can research before you go.
The 2026 edition listed country pavilions for China, the U.S., Canada, India, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, Italy and Spain. The 2026 product highlights on the website include Tetra Recart, a paper-based carton for wet pet food, and a soft chew for cats and dogs. Exhibitors enter their business type, pet type, product type, territory and country of origin in the exhibitor portal, and this information is linked to the business matching platform. Food buyers can compare what they see with our pet food manufacturers and private label, pet food and treats and general pet wholesalers and distributors hubs.
Tickets and registration
Visitor pre-registration is free. For the 2026 edition the website said registration gave access to the show floor on all three exhibition days and to the online matchmaking platform, so you could connect with exhibitors and industry professionals before the show opened. If your country requires a visa for Thailand, the website says you need an invitation letter, which you can request from the show organizer. Registration for 2027 is on the official site.
Conference and features
A conference program runs alongside the exhibition. In 2026 the Petfood Extrusion & Nutrition Conference took place on October 28, Show Day 1, in a private seminar room. It was a one day event with expert speakers on pet food nutrition and extrusion, and lunch was included in the ticket, with discounted rates for early purchase. The organizer has not published a 2027 conference program.
Show history
Pet Fair South East Asia has been held since 2022. It is a collaboration between VNU Asia Pacific, which has offices in Utrecht, Shanghai and Bangkok, and GLOBUS Events, which is headquartered in Shanghai and also runs Pet Fair Asia. Getting there
The website says BITEC is about 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi International Airport and is reachable by car, mini van and bus. It has three signposted entrances: Entrances 1 and 2 from Bangna-Trad Road, and Entrance 3 from Sukhumvit Road, just off the expressway. Visa questions can go to the organizer through its contact page.
