Supplier, trade show and association information is compiled from official and published sources and dated with the day we last checked it. We take care to keep it accurate, but businesses and organisers can change their products, trade terms, prices, dates and venues at any time. Always confirm details with the supplier or organiser before you place an order, open an account, book space or travel. Our news and guides are general information, not legal, veterinary, tax or professional advice for your circumstances.

Directory listings describe businesses and events independently. A listing, a claimed profile or a link is not an endorsement, a recommendation or a guarantee of availability, quality, animal welfare standards or safety. Links to supplier and organiser websites take you to sites we do not control, and their own terms apply.

You may create a free account to submit a listing, claim an existing listing or request changes. Information you submit must be accurate and you must have authority to act for the business or event concerned. We review submissions and claims before anything is published or ownership is granted, and we may edit submissions for accuracy and consistency, decline them, or withdraw access if an account is misused. Having an email address alone does not establish ownership of a listing.

Anyone can ask us to correct or remove a listing through our free corrections form. Corrections and removal requests never depend on buying anything.

Owners of a claimed listing can buy a Bronze, Silver or Gold membership for that listing, paid annually. What each plan includes and its price are shown on our listing plans page and again at checkout before you pay. All prices include VAT at 20%. The seller is Watts Digital Consulting Ltd (VAT number 454187577). Payments are taken securely by Stripe, and we email you a receipt showing the VAT when you pay; your orders are also kept in your account.

Plans renew every year on the date you first paid, and the card you used is charged automatically at each renewal until you cancel. We email a reminder before each renewal. Your renewal price stays the same unless we give you at least 30 days’ notice by email of a change, and you can cancel before a new price applies.

You can switch to a different plan from your account. The new plan’s price and any amount due now are shown before you confirm. If a renewal payment fails, the paid benefits pause until the payment is made, and we email you a link to pay.

A membership applies to one listing, and only while that listing is published and you are its verified owner. Paid members are labelled with a member badge and are shown above free listings in directory lists, as explained in how listings are ordered. Links on paid listings are marked as sponsored. A membership does not guarantee traffic, enquiries or orders.

You can cancel a membership at any time in your account under Subscriptions, or by asking us through our contact form. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your paid benefits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the listing then returns to a free listing. You keep your claimed listing either way.

We do not refund part of a period after you cancel, except as set out here or where the law requires it. If you buy as a consumer rather than for your business, you may cancel within 14 days of paying; because your membership starts as soon as you pay, we refund what you paid less an amount for the days it was active. If we end a membership for a reason that is not your fault, such as closing the directory, we refund the unused part of the period. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the paid benefits stop. We may end a membership without a refund if the account is used to make false claims or breaks these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or other accounts, interfere with its security or operation, submit false or misleading information, or copy the directory in bulk with automated tools.

Our articles, guides, descriptions and site design are owned by Watts Digital Consulting Ltd. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with a link to the source. Business names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners.

We are not responsible for losses caused by relying on information that has changed since we checked it, or by the acts of suppliers or organisers. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms when the site’s services change, and the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
