MSR Imporium Canada Inc is a wholesaler and distributor of live animals and dry goods for pet retailers, based in LaSalle, Montreal, close to Pierre Elliott Trudeau airport. Its range covers marine and freshwater fish, aquatic plants, reptiles, small animals, feeder insects and frozen and dry goods, with more than 1,000 livestock lines and 2,000 dry stock lines listed.
Half of its 45,000 sq ft warehouse and office space is given over to aquatics. The company does not sell to the public: retailers request a username and password to see catalogues and price lists, then order online, and it serves stores across Canada.
