The software launched in early 2015 as a collaboration between a pet business manager and a software developer. The company is based in the United States, with its published address in Atlanta, Georgia, and says it has around 80 full-time US-based staff across sales, onboarding and customer support. Businesses can book a demo through the website, and the platform also offers integrated payment processing and links with technology partners.
